I'm pretty sure there's still a lot of God Eater Players who plays God Eater 2 at PSP. Although it is still at JP and the translation is still ongoing. I hope this Walkthrough will help you out while you are waiting for the patch.
Story
1. Go to the 2nd floor, you'll be introduced to "Julius". after the cut scene go back down and
talk to the mission control for your training.
2. Talk to the mission control.
3. Go to the 3rd floor and go inside the nearest room, talk to the girl on the wheel chair
she's Dr. "Rachel". After that talk to "Julius" for your first mission, he's just outside the room.
4. Go to the 3rd floor and talk to Dr. "Rachel". after you finished doing that go back down
and talk to the mission control.
5. After the mission talk to "Romeo" he's the guy with the funky hat, select the 2nd topic after
at's finished go to the 3rd floor and go inside the furthest room. that's the chairman's office.
6. Go to the 2nd floor, that's the roof garden and talk to the guy sitting inside the canopy,
he's "Gilbert".
7-8. Talk to the mission control.
9. "Blood Art Unlocked" talk to "Emil" he's the guy that got owned by the Marduk in the cut
scene "Nana" the girl that gave you some bread earlier, and "Romeo" the guy with the
funky hat, then talk to Dr. "Rachel" on the 3rd floor.
10. Talk to the silver haired girl "Ciel" then go to "Rachel's" office.
11-12. Talk to the mission control.
13. Talk to "Ciel" and go to the roof garden. After that go back to the mission control.
14-15. Talk to the mission control.
16. Go to the Chairman's office.
17. Talk to "Ciel" after the cut scene talk to her again for the mission.
18. Talk to the mission control.
19. Go to Dr. "Rachel's" office then talk to her, choose the 1st topic then go back down
to the mission control.
20. You have arrived at the "Fenrir Far East Branch" talk to "Emil", then go to the 2nd floor.
After that go back down to the mission control.
21. Talk to "Ciel", talk to her again for the mission.
22. "BB (known as Blood Bullet) have been unlocked" talk to "Damian", he's the muscular guy
with a google on his head. select all the topics he wants to explain until a notification pops up.
then go to the mission control.
23. talk to "Licca" she's the skinny looking girl. then select the 2nd topic.
24. Go to the 2nd floor, then talk to "Gilbert". after that go back down, after the cut scene go
to the mission control.
25. talk to the mission control.
26. Go inside the Lounge, it's the room further to the left near the terminals. after that go
to the mission control.
27. Talk to "Haru". then go to the mission control.
28. 1st go to the 4th floor and talk to "Sakaki". 2nd go to the 2nd floor go inside the right side
room and talk to the girl inside.
29. 1st go to the 4th floor and talk to "Sakaki", 2nd go back down and into the Lounge. After
that go to the mission control.
30. Go to the 4th floor, go inside the executive office and talk to Dr. "Rachel"
31. Talk to Dr. "Sakaki" he's on the 3rd floor.
32. Talk to he mission control.
33. Go to the 4th floor and talk to "Sakaki"
34. Talk to the mission control.
35. Talk to "Ciel".
36. Talk to "Alisa" she's the girl with a white and red dress. Go to the lounge and talk to
"Romeo" he's near the crib.
37-38-39. Go to the mission control.
40. Talk to "Ciel".
41. Go to the mission control.
42. 1st talk to "Julius" after that go to the 3rd floor clinic (left side) and talk to "Rachel"
43. Talk to "Rachel"
44. Give "Rachel" the parts she needs [女神翼片] from Sariel and [百鬼鉤爪] from Yaksha
Raja(for the Yaksha Raja part break the arms) after that's done, talk to the female "Leah"
she's just outside the room and male doctors, the male is on the ground floor.
45-46. Talk to the mission control.
47. Talk to "Julius" then go to the 2nd floor and talk to "Romeo" he's inside "Yuno's" room.
48. Talk to "Julius" pick any topics then go to the roof garden and talk to "Ciel", talk to
"Julius" again for the mission.
49. Go to the chairman's office on the 3rd floor, after the cut scene go back down and talk to
the mission control, her name is "Fran". after that you'll be back to the Far East Brach, go
talk to "Nana" after that go inside the lounge.
50. Go to the 3rd floor and talk to "Yuno" she's inside the left side infirmary. After that
talk to "Licca" then go to the mission control.
51. Talk to "Yuno", she's near the terminal inside her room.
52. Go to the 4th floor and talk to Dr. "Sakaki". After that go to the mission control.
53. Talk to "Ciel", after that talk to the mission control.
54. Go to the 2nd floor go inside "Yuno's" room and talk to her pick any topics. after that go
back down and talk to the mission control.
55-56. Talk to the mission control.
57. Talk to "Fran" after that go talk to the mission control.
58. Talk to the mission control.
59. Talk to Dr. "Leah" she's inside the right side infirmary on the 2nd floor. go to the
mission control.
60. Go back to the infirmary and talk to Dr. "Leah". going to the mission control might be
a 2nd nature to you by now.
61. After the mission go back to the infirmary and talk to "Leah" after the cut scene, talk
to her again then go back down and talk, yup you guessed it.. to the mission control.
62. Talk to the mission control.
63. Go to the left side infirmary, after that go back down to the mission control.
64. Talk to the mission control.
65. Go to the 3rd floor laboratory and talk to Dr. "Sakaki".
66. Go to the left side infirmary and talk to "Asuna" she's the girl sitting on the bed.
67-70. Talk to the mission control.
71. Go to the 3rd floor laboratory and talk to Dr. "Sakaki"
71.1-71.2. (yup there are 2 uncounted story mode) Talk to the mission control.

72. Talk to the mission control.
73. Go to the 4th floor executive office and talk to Dr. "Sakaki" after that go to the lounge
and after the cut scene go back to "Sakaki" and talk to him. after that go to the mission control.
74. Go to the 4th floor executive room and talk to Dr. "Sakaki" pick all of the topics and
after that go back down to the mission control for a new mission.
75. Go to the 3rd floor. after the cut scene go back down to the mission control.
76-79. talk to the mission control.
80. talk to "Soma".
81-87. talk to the mission control.
88. This is after you beaten the Magatsu Kyuubi.
